So rather than treating symptoms or “health problems”, I treat people – humans. I treat men. I treat woman and their children. Sometimes my treatments consist of prescribing walks in the woods or reducing exercise. Sometimes my treatments involve prescribing supplements or botanicals that fill the nutritional gaps that you might have. Other times I prescribe specific diets & food programs to address your personal sensitivities or genetics. Often I prescribe all of the above. But most importantly, my prescriptions depend on your unique context, physiology, complexities and genetic makeup.
