I decided to take Lauricidin, before I recommended it to anyone, and had a strong herxheimer reaction. I received guidance from the company rep and reduced my dose and increased slowly. I had been on numerous supplements for years and Lauricidin provided me with most benefit. I now take it and recommend it often.
