I will help you to discover the areas that are out of balance and create a customized plan to tackle your health challenges. I practice biochemisty-specific nutrition. Functional blood work analysis can be used to determine nutrient deficiencies and biochemical factors disrupting utilization and metabolization of nutrients. This can enable us to achieve faster and more effective results. We will use a combination of macronutrients (fats, proteins and carbohydrates), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), supplements, essential oils, and life-style changes when required to enhance the healing phase. Instead of using diets, we focus on nutrient -dense foods that will improve the function of the body and mind.
